Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actor best recognized for her role as the character of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra was a British Columbian born of Italian origin who was born at Vancouver. From the age of eight Cerra was captivated by her passion for acting. She was in many commercials when she was a little girl. Her acting career was interrupted for some time. However, in 2001 she came back in the business at age the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named Cerra one of Vancouvers top 5 young actresses. Cerra was a part of the show as deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka. This Syfy Series was broadcasted on Syfy between the years 2006-2012. A music video for Michael Buble's Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was released in 2006. Cerra was credited for starring in a variety of highly-acclaimed and well-known television shows like Battlestar Galactica or The L Word. Cerra was a part of several major film releases, including Man About Town starring Ben Affleck alongside Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity starring Wesley Snipes. Cerras appearance and body were employed as models for the character of Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect series that includes video games. Khondabi said that Joey Scribner Howard is her high school crush and is one of the mechanical engineer working in the electric utility industry. Khondabi declared that Joey and her first met at Greenwood Christian School, and they were close friends throughout their college years, before beginning to meet in high school senior year. Howard was a graduate of Dutch Fork High School in Irmo However, Khondabi and Howard remained friends. They then started dating. Khondabi is a graduate in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina and she is a 2007 Emerald High School Graduate. She has studied sports management as well as entertainment.
